Conditions of accommodation in a SPA hotel
The time of check-in to the hotel is after 14:00.
Upon check-in, the guest must provide an identity document, pay 100% of the amount for accommodation and leave a deposit of UAH 1,500.
The time of departure from the hotel is until 12.00
WARNING! In case of departure from the room after 12.00, you are obliged to pay 50% of the price of the corresponding room
When guests are checked out, the room, VIP VILLA and VILLA DELUXE is accepted by the administrator. In case of damage or theft of property or equipment, it is necessary to reimburse their value. Prices are provided by the administration in the Price List of Damaged Property.
All guests staying at our hotel receive a 50% discount on visiting the water center.
Additional services of the water center are paid for in full (massages, SPA procedures, bath attendant services)
In a room of any category, you can order only one additional place, costing UAH 1,500.00/day (the service does not apply to rooms of the "Optima" category)
Surcharge for children from 4 to 10 years old is UAH 500, this amount includes:
- breakfast
- children's disposable slippers.
If a child between 4 and 10 years old needs an additional Euro folding seat, the amount will be UAH 700.

The hotel provides only daily accommodation. The possibility of extending the stay in the room for half a day is considered on an individual basis (except Friday and Saturday)
For your convenience, the hotel offers room service from 08:00 to 22:00.

The cost of a lost room key card is UAH 50.
Guests staying at the hotel visit the aquatic center without a locker. A set of linen will be provided on the territory of the Spa center.
Individual room reservations for weekends or holidays must be confirmed by 100% prepayment.
Reservation cancellation (advance payment refund) is made 3 days before the start of the scheduled check-in.
Cancellations less than 3 days prior to check-in will be charged 100% of the prepayment.
From the moment of check-in to the hotel, the guest bears full financial responsibility for damaged, broken and broken valuables in the room or on the territory of the complex. The fine is assigned individually, depending on the purchase value of the item.
If the guest repeatedly violates the Accommodation Rules and/or the Fire Safety Rules, resulting in material damage and/or causing inconvenience to other guests, the administrator has the right to refuse accommodation or terminate the contract (evict).
Guests staying at the hotel are PROHIBITED from:
Bringing and storing substances dangerous to life in the rooms.
Leave outsiders in the room during your absence, as well as give them the room key without notifying the Administration.
Bring and store perishable products (dairy products, seafood, meat products, etc.)
Smoking (IQOS, vapes, electronic cigarettes and GLO devices) is prohibited in all hotel rooms, balconies and windows. A fine of UAH 3,000 is imposed for smoking in the hotel premises. In the case of repeated smoking in the above-mentioned places, the hotel administration has the right to evict the resident.
The type of food "buffet table" does not limit guests in the amount of food, but it must be eaten on the territory of the restaurant. It is forbidden to take food with you!
