Together is the best vacation
At Hotel SPA, we sincerely believe that a full-fledged vacation is impossible without your closest friends, so we are happy to open our doors to your furry friends.
To make your pet feel like a special guest, we have prepared a "Welcome pack" for him:
- A soft and comfortable bed, on which it is so nice to rest after a walk.
- Bowls for water and food, so that everything is at hand.
- A special towel for paws.
- And of course, treats, which we will definitely treat your furry friend to upon arrival. (If you don't mind)
To make your stay comfortable for you, your pet and our other guests, we have prepared a few simple rules.
How to visit us:
- Let us know in advance. Pets are only allowed in certain room categories. Please specify this information when booking so that we can choose the best option for you.
- Cost. Pet accommodation costs 600 UAH per day. Also, upon arrival, we will ask you to leave a deposit in the amount of the room rate. (Returned upon departure, in the absence of damage to the property)
- Documents. For the safety of all furry friends, please have a veterinary passport with up-to-date health notes.
We are happy to welcome dogs weighing up to 10 kg.
Comfort in the rooms and on the territory:
- Your comfort. We kindly ask you to take care of the litter box (if you have a cat). Please use special "inventory" (bowl for water and food, towel for paws) - hotel dishes and towels should remain only for people.
* Cleanliness. We love our furry friends very much, but please do not bathe them in the hotel bathtubs and do not comb their fur in the room or public areas.
* Safety and peace. Please do not leave pets alone in the room without supervision. In the corridors and halls of the hotel, your friend must be on a leash (and in a muzzle, if necessary) so as not to scare anyone.
* Where you can and cannot:
* Restaurants (Shkiper and Terrasa SPA) will be happy to see you together.
* Unfortunately, the SPA area and lawns on the hotel territory are areas where pets should not walk.
Important:
* We count on your responsibility: you are fully responsible for the behavior of your pet and the safety of the hotel property.
* Please ensure that the animal is not in the room during cleaning or maintenance.
