Rules of stay
. Check-in time to the hotel - after 14.00.
When checking in, the guest is obliged to provide an identity document, pay 100% of the amount for accommodation and leave a deposit of 1500 UAH.
. Check-out time from the hotel - until 12.00
Attention! In case of check-out from the room later than 12.00, you are obliged to pay 50% of the cost of the corresponding room
. When guests check out, the room, VIP VILLA and VILLA DELUXE are accepted by the administrator. In case of damage or theft of property or equipment, their cost must be reimbursed. Prices are provided by the administration in the Price list of damaged property.
. All guests staying in our hotel are given a 50% discount on visiting the water center. Additional water center services are paid in full (massages, SPA procedures, bathhouse attendant services). In a room of any category, you can order only one additional bed, costing 1500.00 UAH/Day (the service does not apply to rooms of the "Optima" category)
. For your convenience
- Each room has 2 pairs of room slippers and 2 pairs for the SPA zone.
*Vip Villa 4 pairs
- In case of replacement - the cost is 150 UAH.
The surcharge for children from 4 to 10 years old is 500 UAH., this amount includes:
- children's breakfast (optional):
- children's disposable slippers.
. If a child from 4 to 10 years old needs an additional bed in a euro-folding bed, the amount will be 700 UAH.

The hotel provides only daily accommodation. The possibility of extending your stay in the room for half a day is considered individually (except Friday and Saturday)
For your convenience, the hotel offers room service from 08:00 to 22:00.
Please note
. The cost of a lost room key card is 50 UAH.
. Guests staying at the hotel visit the water center without a locker. A set of linen will be provided on the territory of the Spa center.
. Individual room reservations for weekends or holidays must be confirmed by 100% prepayment.
. Cancellation of the reservation (refund of the prepayment) is made 3 days before the scheduled arrival. If the reservation is canceled less than 3 days before the arrival, a fee of 100% of the prepayment will be charged.
. From the moment of check-in to the hotel, the guest bears full financial responsibility for damaged, broken and shattered valuables in the room or on the territory of the complex. The fine is assigned individually, depending on the purchase price of the item.
. If the guest repeatedly violates the Rules of Residence and/or Fire Safety Rules, which leads to material damage, and/or creates inconvenience for other guests, the administrator has the right to refuse to check-in or terminate the contract (eviction).
Guests staying at the hotel are FORBIDDEN to:
. Bring and store substances dangerous to life in the rooms.
. Leave strangers in the room during your absence, as well as hand over the room key to them without warning the Administration.
. Bring and store perishable products (dairy products, seafood,
meat products, etc.)
. Smoking is prohibited in all hotel rooms, on balconies and in windows (IQOS, vapes, electronic cigarettes and GLO devices). Smoking in hotel rooms is subject to a fine of 3000 UAH. In case of repeated smoking in the above-mentioned places, the hotel administration has the right to evict the resident.
. The buffet type of food does not limit guests in the amount of food, but it must be eaten in the restaurant. It is forbidden to take food with you.
Conditions for visiting the SPA - center
Take a shower before water procedures, and also, when using the services of the SPA - center, follow the established hygiene rules.
To avoid injuries, be careful when using the services of the SPA - center, and also follow the safety rules.
If you wish to visit the Spa center after its closure, the visit is paid 1000 UAH/hour per guest, only until 02:00 at night.
Children over 9 years old are charged in full.
In case of violation of the established rules of conduct, visitors will be forced to leave the territory of the SPA-center.
The administration of the complex is not responsible for the storage of valuables left unattended by visitors. You can leave valuables in the safe at the reception.
The cost of a lost key - bracelet - 250.00 UAH.,
The cost of a damaged electronic lock - 500.00 UAH., Key cards in the name of the visitor - 50.00 UAH.
It is STRICTLY forbidden to be in swimsuits and pareos at the reception. Smoking is prohibited in specially designated areas.

When visiting the Spa Center, the guest is required to fill out a guest questionnaire, regardless of whether the guest has visited the Spa Center before or not.
IT IS FORBIDDEN IN THE SPA - CENTER:
Bringing any food, alcoholic
and soft drinks (including: water, tea, cookies, etc.)
Use soap and salt products in the jacuzzi and swimming pools.
Throw foreign objects into the swimming pools and jacuzzi.
Jump off the edge of the pool.
Visit the SPA center with animals.
Be on the territory of the SPA center without bathing suits.
Visit the SPA center in a drunken state and in a state of drug intoxication. Leave children under 10 years of age without parental supervision.
Transfer the subscription to third parties.
Drink alcoholic beverages and smoke while in the jacuzzi.
It is forbidden to sunbathe topless on the territory of the SPA center.
During procedures in cosmetology or massage rooms, the presence of a second person (relative, friend, etc.) is excluded.
Important: It is mandatory to book a vacation in the SPA center
Accommodation with pets in the SPA Boutique Hotel is allowed subject to the following rules:
Accommodation of Guests with pets is possible, by prior agreement with the hotel administration, only in rooms of a certain category (please specify this information) for an additional fee according to the hotel rates (500 UAH for each day of stay)
Accommodation of Guests with fighting breed dogs on the hotel territory, including in the rooms - is prohibited.
When settling in, the Guest is obliged to present a veterinary passport with notes on the animal's health for the current year. Also, leave a deposit in the amount of the cost of the room in which he will be staying.
The pet owner is obliged to ensure the safety of other Hotel Guests from the actions of his pet, as well as peace and quiet
In case of violation of this rule, the Guest is obliged to reimburse the Hotel for the costs of calling and services of doctors, the cost of medicines and vaccines.
The Guest must use a personal special mat for animals and a carrying cage for keeping the pet.
It is forbidden to leave a pet alone on the territory of the Hotel (including in the hotel room or the Hotel lobby) without the supervision of the pet owner.
It is forbidden to freely move the animal without a muzzle and leash in public areas, halls and corridors of the hotel. The animal may be without a leash and muzzle only within the room in which the guest lives.
Entry with a pet into the restaurant, bar area, SPA, other public places is strictly prohibited.
Walking a pet on the lawns and adjacent areas of the hotel is prohibited.
Only special own dishes may be used for feeding pets. Feeding pets from dishes belonging to the hotel is prohibited.
For cat toilet, the Guest must use a special tray that is the property of the Guest
It is prohibited to bathe pets in the hotel's showers, bathtubs, and to use towels, sheets and other bedding that are the property of the hotel for these purposes.
It is prohibited to comb the animal in the hotel rooms and other public places of the hotel, such as the hall, corridors, restaurant, and SPA.
The Guest must ensure that there are no animals during room cleaning by hotel employees, or during repair work in the hotel room.
16. In case of violation of these rules, the hotel reserves the right to terminate the contract with the Guest who lives with pets and refuse to provide further services for accommodation at the hotel
If the hotel property is damaged by pets, the Guest is obliged to compensate for the damages in accordance with the hotel's current price lists at the time of the damage.

Storage period for forgotten items:
Jewelry, watches, credit cards, passports, driver's licenses and money - one year and one day.
Chargers, gadgets, small household appliances - three months.
Items for individual use: clothes, shoes - three weeks. According to sanitary norms and rules, drinks and perishable food products - are subject to immediate disposal.
The main options for returning forgotten items:
The hotel administration calls the owner, after which it sends the items by mail at the owner's expense or delivers them in person.
When issuing valuables and documents, the owner must present a passport.
If another person is picking up the items, the owner must confirm this in writing or orally (or by phone)
